Terms

Effective 2026-07-11.

Guild Masters is beta software, offered as-is. It is a Discord app and dashboard for running a World of Warcraft guild. It is still being built, so read this before you lean on it for anything your guild can't afford to lose. Guild Masters is not affiliated with Blizzard Entertainment or Discord Inc.

Beta status

The product is in active build-out. Features can change or break as we develop it. We will try not to lose your data, but we make no uptime guarantee at this stage, and you should not treat Guild Masters as your guild's only copy of anything important yet.

Using Guild Masters today

You need a Discord account to use Guild Masters; we don't offer a separate signup. You're responsible for what happens under your Discord login, the same as with any app you authorize.

Installing the bot into a server requires that you have permission to manage that server, so don't add it somewhere you don't have the authority to.

Trial, billing, and cancellation

Guild Masters is one plan: $19.99/mo per guild, card up front, with a 30-day trial at full access before the first charge. Cancel before the trial ends and you're never charged. If you were one of the first beta guilds, none of this applies to you: your free-for-life access has no card on file and nothing to cancel.

Cancel any time from your Account page: one button, one confirmation, nothing else required. Your subscription ends on your next billing date, not the moment you click cancel, so you keep full access through the period you already paid for.

Ask within 30days of your first charge and we'll refund it in full. We don't refund anything after your first month; the trial plus that first-month window is the safety net. There's no self-serve refund button yet: email [email protected] and a founder handles it by hand through the Stripe dashboard. See the billing FAQ for what happens if a payment fails, and pricing for the current plan.

Acceptable use

Use Guild Masters for guild management, not to harass other players, scrape Discord data beyond what the app itself needs, or work around Discord's or our own rate limits and abuse protections. We can suspend or remove access for a server or account that abuses the service.

Content you provide

Application answers, loot records, roster notes, and similar content you or your officers add stay scoped to your guild's setup, stored server-side. You keep the rights to what you write. You're giving us permission to store it and show it back to your server's members and officers as the app is designed to do, and nothing more.

Discord and third parties

Guild Masters is built on top of Discord's platform, and your use of Discord itself is governed by Discord's own Terms of Service. If Discord suspends or restricts your account, or the bot's access to a server, that's between you and Discord and we don't control it. See the Privacy page for what Guild Masters reads and stores.

No warranty

Guild Masters is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose. As beta software, expect rough edges.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Guild Masters and its operators aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including lost data, lost raid time, or guild drama. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.

Changes and ending your use

We can change, suspend, or discontinue any part of Guild Masters, and we can update these terms as the product changes. If we make a material change, we will move the effective date on this page. You can stop using Guild Masters at any time by revoking its access from your Discord Authorized Apps settings.
